(DBV-ERC = Double ball valve + Emergency release system) ​

The DBV + ERC is installed in the vertical part of the ​triple swivel assembly of the marine loading arm.​

• It consists of two ball valves trunnion types together by an energized (ERC) coupler.​

• Balls shafts, flanges and all sealing areas are in ​austenitic stainless steel.​

The movement of the upper valve is controlled by a ​ double effect actuator. The simultaneous movement of the valves is obtained by a system of connecting rods ​The disconnection of the system can only occur after ​the complete closure of the two valves to avoid spillage ​of product.
