Model NCVLR is a single-stage inline volute casing pump with opposite suction and pressure ports and integrated support base in process construction according to API 610, type OH3.

The axial thrust compensation takes place through relief bores, while the radial and split rings are standard on the intake and delivery side.

Sealing to the atmosphere is carried out by profiled metal-to-metal seals.

The pump shaft is mounted in a cylindrical roller bearing and an angular contact ball bearing pair in back-to-back design. Replaceable bearing seals are arranged on both sides.

The seal chamber is designed so that mechanical seals according to API 682 can be installed.

The working lantern for receiving the drive motor is designed so that when changing the mechanical seal or rolling bearing only the bearing support unit must be dismantled.
